PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
It is an architect-led proposal for a multi-family residential project in New Haven. The design proposal will follow the typical timeline for a multi-family residential project, with an emphasis on feasibility and acquisitions, entitlements and zoning, financing, design, construction, marketing and branding, and operations and asset management.

DESIGN STATEMENT:
Oliver 88 is an apartment complex with mixed uses situated on 88th Oliver Street.
It has 30,345 square feet of floor space and five floors. Oliver 88 offers contemporary housing.
idealized with a handy location, easily accessible restrooms, and amenities in Square Wooster. Oliver 88 provides four different kinds of units to satisfy needs. 40 units total, comprising 16 studios, 11 1BD, 3 1BD-Premier, and 10 2BD units. The units allocation aims to provide enough units to accommodate our target renters in response to our market analysis. Our design emphasizes the excellent outdoor gathering area. Residents have complete access to the outdoor space for activities and entertainment thanks to the roof terrace, outdoor dining area, and courtyard. The benefits of the courtyard and terrace also ensure that more than half of the units have a direct view of the courtyard and that each unit receives plenty of natural light, aiming to provide a sense of community to our tenants.
